Services (Non-Refundable)
All Amazon-related services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Account management
- Product research
- Wholesale / PL / MPL services
- VIP Access or membership fees
Once work has started or access is granted, no refunds will be issued.
One-Time & Subscription Fees
- One-time fees are non-refundable
- No partial refunds for unused time or services
Products (If Applicable)
For physical products:
- Refunds are only applicable for damaged or incorrect items
- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Proof (photos/videos) is required
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed.
No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Client changes their mind
- Client fails to follow instructions
- Amazon policy changes affect results
- Account suspension occurs
- Client delays inventory or responses
